Honest non chalance

 Fallacy telling me life stops

Yet each moment my heart hops

Prejudice whispering I’ll be alone
Yet every day I’m in the Zone


Making a virtue of this pain
Does that really signal gain


Romanticising melancholy and longing
Is it truly better than random belonging


When both are just an evolutionary response
Survival triggered in honest nonchalance


So stop this endless debate
Breathe, love & create your fate
